We try our absolute best to keep our stock online up to date, but on the odd occasion it might not line up to what is on the shelf in store. If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to offer an alternative. If nothing else is suitable, we’ll offer a full refund of the purchase price.

We love to help wherever possible. Sometimes a certain item in a certain size might sell through really quickly when it reaches us in store – just get in touch with us and we might be able to set one aside for you. When an order is shipped outside of New Zealand or Australia, you may be charged duties or taxes by your local government before the goods will be released to you. These are beyond our control so please check with your local customs department prior to ordering, should you have any concerns.
We aim to dispatch most orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), unless you have ordered an 'Online Only' product. If there is likely to be any further delay than this, we will be in contact to advise you of your updated estimated dispatch time.

There are some products that we are unable to sell online but we are still able to ship nationwide. We can accept payment by credit card over the phone or via bank transfer.
As these items may be age or license restricted, you will be required to complete a Firearms Mail Order Form before we can release the goods. Please contact us in the shop 073787779 or flick us an email shop@hamillstaupo.co.nz and we would be happy to talk you through the process.
We are happy to accept Farmlands card through our in store terminal. If you would like to have an item shipped out to you, please phone us in store and we will be able to manually process your transaction using your Farmlands card. Please call the team on 073787779.

Alternatively, if you tick the 'opt in to emails' box on checkout then you will automatically be added to the club.
There are a few way to earn loyalty points but the easiest one to remember is 1 point per $1 spent!

There are a few product exclusions with our loyalty programme:

We reserve the right to exclude individual products from the loyalty programme.
Yes! We can manually add in your points if you forgot to sign in when you placed an order.
Yes! You can earn points and spend loyalty rewards both in store and online. We will have your customer name saved online and also on our till in store. So if you earned a gift voucher through an online order but you want to spend it in store, that is absolutely fine!
